Our Policies

Birthday Party!To secure your party date, just contact us to see if we are available and to let us know what type of services your guests want (massage, skin care, or both). Then send a $100 initial deposit to hold your date.

To maximize the chance that we’ll be free on the date you want, contact us as far in advance as you can. One to two months’ prior notice is ideal.

Two weeks before your party, a guest and services list is due from you. (An easy excel template is available here.) We'll use this to determine the entire payment due for your party. One week before your party, the entire balance for the party is due. (Your initial $100 deposit will count toward this balance.)

Note that if you contact us less than 3 weeks in advance, then your payment schedule may vary.

You can cancel up to one week prior to your party for a full refund. If you cancel less than one week in advance, your initial $100 deposit will not be refunded. (In hardship cases, this may be waived.)

For all payments, you’ll have the option of paying by credit card or check. However, please note that there's a $25 fee for bounced checks.

Please note that to offer a service at your party, we'll need at least four hours of that service requested by you and your guests. For example, to offer the services of an esthetician at your party, we'll need your guests to request at least four hours of facials and/or makeup application.

It takes a little effort to get our ‘fabulous’ on! To cover coordination time, there's a flat fee of $50 per party, and a $30 fee per spa practitioner at your event.

We’ll happily travel to Bay Area-adjacent cities, but if you are more than 18 miles away (measured in driving miles), then a travel charge of $3 per additional mile will apply. Calculate driving distance to your location here.

Do you live in an area where parking is difficult? If so, any parking charges incurred will be billed back to you.

Moving furniture isn’t our strongest skill. To protect your furniture and your home, please move anything blocking treatment areas prior to our arrival for set-up. If not, there will be a $75 furniture moving fee (which we’d really like to avoid!) And speaking of which, we’ll do our darnedest to make sure that everything in your home is just as nice as it was when we arrived. However, to host a party with us, you’ll need to agree that we won’t be held liable for any accidents that may occur while hauling our equiptment in or out.

Please ask your guests to be on time. If a guest arrives late for their appointment and another person cannot take their place, Spa Dee Dah must charge a fee to cover our practitioner's extra time. The guest will be charged $25 for every 15 minutes that they are late.

No shows make us sad! (And sadly, you will have kept others from filling your spot, and so full payment will be due.)

We are happy to provide services to those with disabilities, but we ask that you have someone to assist you onto the treatment table. If unable to do so for any reason, we will gladly offer services to you in a seated position.

Sorry, but opened or damaged products purchased from Spa Dee Dah cannot be returned. However, any merchandise that is defective will be replaced or, if there is no replacement available, refunded.

Your privacy is important to us! Spa Dee Dah will never share any of your personal information with third parties, for any reason.
